Program Overview

This type of position is often the first stop on a career path for those wanting to begin a career in the Information Technology (IT) industry. People with this job must possess excellent customer service skills, troubleshooting skills, and, in some cases, the ability to make in-person or remote-based repairs to both hardware and software problems customers possess.
